"Found myself needing to renew my existing fire insurance policy or find a new insurance company for my town home in Westlake Village. Was doing some research on several different companies and decided to ask my neighbor whom he used. He mentioned Mike Martinek's State Farm office in Calabasas. When I first called, I expected to leave a message and someone to get back to me in a day or two. But an agent named Gus Rodriguez was put on the phone with me immediately. He answered every question I had (and I ask a lot), explained everything thoroughly and clearly and presented a couple beneficial options I did not know about. Gus followed up with me as requested but never had that sales vibe at all. Bottom line, I was able to get exactly what I needed, at competitive rates, and in a very timely fashion. I don't give good reviews often because most are not truly really worthy of them, but this was one of the best experiences I have ever had with any professional. Thank you Gus Rodriguez & State Farm!"
